(1) Our taxi driver sold us this place to be unbelievable beautiful but after seeing several ones the days before we were not impressed. Water was dirty and smelled really bad. At least it was in our way to Amed.
(2) We spent sometime here on or honeymoon. No need to book out the whole day. A few hours is more than enough. It's well worth a visit. There's a market close where you can have lunch. You'll be spoilt for choice. There is also a coffee plantation close by which you can visit. If you're a coffee lover this is the place to go.
(3) Beware touts selling their wears. Would not leave you alone even after saying no several times. Very close to local markets and restaurants.
(4) What a place to kick back have a few drinks and watch the sun set....beautiful a little out of the way hidden spot we came across from friends who frequent here often as they live close by. Hidden little wonders of the world 👍
(5) 1. you need a driver to drive you back as Taxis and Gojek won’t pick you up/ aren’t allowed \n2. you can’t enter the Tempel\n3. avoid the toilets \n\nBut great Sunset point and you can shop for souvenirs on the way back. Pretty cheap.
(6) well worth a visit, beautiful setting, hats and sunscreen a must, and always make sure that you have enough liquids
(7) A beautiful place and a really cool experience! Would absolutely recommend to anyone going to the area.
(8) I have fallen in love with this place. I would like to recomende to everyone. There is very beutifull wiew..I recemended to visit before sunset, becose sun goes down and not so hot... But be carefull because there are insolet monkies ....
(9) Always busy and always a pleasure so long as you just keep calm. Great for watching the interaction and only 40,000 entry is well worth the visit/
(10) It has a stunning view from up there. We really enjoyed our visit there. Wouldn't go back though probably.. Defo worth the trip.
(11) Beautiful animals and amazing surroundings. Not even the rain could ruin our experience. We've had a great day there.
(12) Too misty on this day. But it’s breath taking to be able to enjoy it personally. Worth while. 😍😍😘💕
(13) Really marvellous view from the top. On a sunny day, its really what you see in pictures. Crowded. So good luck in trying to get a picture without others in it. Its amazing how a tourism industry is set up because of a pretty sight.. there are many warungs at the site with many stalls set up selling drinks and coconut.
(14) I've visited this place twice.\n\nFirst visit, I just focus on took some photos. Amazing view..\n\nSecond visit, I already known my favorite spot to enjoy the sunset. It's on south area, quite and not many tourist... Spent almost 1 hours just enjoying the sunset
(15) Nice view. Performance was rather amateur. If you have nothing to do you can visit, but nothing special
(16) A must visit in Bali! Truly incredible views! It was quite a walk up but its worth the sweat! Quite hard to take photos though as it can get quite crowded nearing sunset due to the dance they show..
(17) absolutely magical place to see one of the most beautiful sunsets of our lives. Fantastic restaurants and shops, amazing scenery and its one of our all time favourite places in the world. There are not enough superlatives to describe it! We had a brilliant guide who found us a clifftop restaurant to have a couple of beers while waiting for the sun to set with an excellent view of the temple and the sea. Loved every second!
(18) It's absolutely worth to visit but I suggest you go very early before all the tourist busses arrive and you don't have the chance to take a nice picture anymore! Be there before noon and you'll be fine
(19) This is a stunning area in Bali. It is an easy walk for anyone that finds difficulty in walking. Not too many tourists on the day we went.
(20) Like what i said, its really pretty and before its getting touristique, better to come to check it out. Google it and that's exactly the same that you'll see once you got there ♥️
(21) It's a very beautiful area, but it's a crowded base of hotels, the walk is very narrow, in the shops are overwhelming you all the time to enter to consume, all too made for the tourist, but obviously remains beautiful, the water is crystal clear and very hot.
(22) Awesome scenery and very good view, all look blue, calm down, and peace. If here, you should be ready to use lotions if you don't gonna be on sunburn because it's hot.
(23) A very beautiful place with good atmosphere, a must visit place when you are in Bali.Very relaxing and friendly environment
(24) Words fall less to describe the beauty of the place.Mesmerising view from the hill top and the place is divine beautiful gorgeous.Take your cameras and do not forget to click the beautiful views.Go for sunset as its the best time to visit here.Beware of monkeys they can grab on to anything.
(25) We went here as part of a day tour. A great experience and beautiful sunset. There was a big market, heaps of tourists but didn't feel cramped. Got some amazing photo's. A must do at least once.
(26) First time here despite numerous previous trips to Bali. Bit of a trek to get here. Pros: beautiful sunset photos. Cons: too many selfie sticks!!
(27) This is a must see while here. It is beautiful to just sit and watch the waves roll in. Sunset here is spectacular. You really must stop here on your visit.\n
(28) This is must visit place in Bali. Don’t miss the beautiful view and the sunset. The beauty of nature that God has given us. Beautiful, scenic view. Calm. Green. Just don’t miss.
(29) This place was/is amazing. The fis are huge, the garden are kept beautiful. I was a busy day there, but you just have a little patience. It’s totally worth the visit.
(30) If you are on holiday to take as many pictures as you can, this would be worth some nice shots if you can Photoshop-remove tourists... When youve seen it you can leave this place, which has not much to offer.
(31) It's definitely on every tourist's list of places to visit and is beginning to get a bit too crowded!
(32) Be prepared to walk through lots of markets, but the view is worth it. Lots and lots of people so don't rush. Read about it before you visit as there is little information on site.
(33) Nice view .. little bit crowded ... photos there is a nice memory ...nature and so clean place and not that far
(34) Recently visited Bali for 16 days to celebrate my 50th birthday and this was the highlight of my trip.\nIt is a beautiful place , welcoming gracious people everywhere and spectacular views.serenity at its best a must see!!\nBe aware it is not accessible for wheelchair users ( like most of Bali sadly).
(35) OMG very nice place , quite place let u think of nature and who create it, I advise you to visit it 💙
(36) Quite a site, however hard to get good pictures due to many tourists. Also it was overcast, if yoy get a sunny day you will get some special photos
(37) Had a fantastic time. Go in with a positive attitude and you'll love it. It is very busy in the car park which can be a bit full on, but once you enter the forest it isn't so bad.\nWe had a really good time and spent about an hour here. It was very hot so we would have stayed longer if it wasn't so warm.
(38) Unfortunately this place is an over run tourist trap. Like a mini version of Disney World, tour buses jammed in the parking lot, tourists everywhere, etc...
(39) very nice visist, many people there , but the area is big enough. The price of the entrance is worthy.
(40) It's there & nice to walk along--but, you spend a lot of time watching where you step. The trash is everywhere. JUst NOT pleasant!
(41) Worth a visit. I wish I had taken a picnic, because the park is lovely...but best enjoyed by relaxing with the views. Sad to see rubbish floating in the waves. There are some good shops and restaurants in the surrounding streets - so the area is good for 2-4 hours of time.
(42) the sunset is beautiful here. And the waves are awesome. We didn't watch the show and will come back to watch it the next time.\nThere are nothing here except beautiful scenery and the show.
(43) try avoiding this if you want peace and privacy. too many tourists and shutterbugs. however, lots of food joints nearby
(44) Well this is probably an iconic place in Bali.\n\nYes it is totally touristified but still has its charm.\n\nBeautiful and scenic it offers plenty of photographic options.\n\nBetter to spend a lesiurely couple of hours taking in the views.
(45) Our last stop of the day and wanted to be here at sunset however as it was cloudy it didn't matter.bit of a walk from the parking area and not suitable if in a wheelchair but well worth the time.great grounds and even though you have to walk through lots of stalls selling local trinkets as long as you don't show any interest your fine
(46) One of the most beaitiful places to see in Bali but you need to have good weather....when its cloudy or rainy you canot make nice pictures
(47) Every visit I always go here. One of my favourites, so peaceful and beautiful. Find a quite spot and sit and enjoy the view. Markets and food there are great as well.
(48) When we visited it rained the entire time and the clouds and fog completely blocked any of the views. Probably an excellent trek on a nice day, but I would definitely try and postpone if you book a tour for a rainy day.
(49) Second visit and enjoyable again, super busy place. Beautiful outlook and enjoyed by thousands of people everyday.
(50) I absolutely loved this place due to the fact that it is not crowded with visitors and it offers spectacular views! This was one of the best locations that we have visited whilst in Bali!
(51) This is the perfect place to watch the sun go down. It is very popular with locals and tourists alike and you can see why. It is clean and very pleasant and perfect for a stroll
(52) and we enjoyed our couple of hours ambling around this sanctuary. I would advise going in the am as there are less people and it is not so hot. Price is cheap enough for everyone to enjoy.
(53) Good stone landscape, better go there earlier than team-visits, otherwise is crowd and noisy, famous spot.
(54) Nice place with a good view of sunset. Do walk up to the rest of the gardens. The sunset view there is very nice. Not worth spending time at the art market
(55) i was here with family trip, I think this place is boring but i was wrong. this is the best place for relax your mind. the place is clean, the water is so cold and clean, i can feel the fresh air around me, the pool is divide into two parts, first part is for a hundred Koi Fish and the second is for people who want to take a bath, like a public pool but its more clean. this is the best place to take picture for wedding ..... <3
(56) this was a very beautiful place to visit I want to come back here as there is so much more to see and do.
(57) This place looks like a postcard. \nYou can if you like walk or hike right down to the bottom, but we were told it's not the easiest place to get to. \nWe were happy to take pics from the top. \nBeautiful
(58) This place is a must to see when you are in Bali !\nTry and go a little bit earlier to avoid the crowds.
(59) This was a lovely place to visit for the tourist. Unfortunately there were clouds so we missed the descent of the sun on the horizon, however this made for incredible photos and what an incredible place to be at Dusk.\nThere is an ascending path to the very top so it wouldn’t suit someone with painful body issues or wheelchair/crutches but the sites can still be gazed upon from a lower tier. As part of a tour, refreshments and a bite to eat, is accessible and bathroom ammenities do require a small fee.
(60) We really enjoyed the view, but it was very crowded. If you want to go down it’s not the easy path. So we ended up just viewing from top. |
