(1) A place for couple to have a short vacay and run from a hectic life for a while.Nice for photography and view. I recommend this is a must visit place.
(2) A must visit, try to visit during a ceremony. Keep an hour for a leisurely stroll in the surroundings. Can get very crowded though.
(3) If you want sophisticated, then this is not finance you. It's lovely though all the same, restaurants are OK for a light snack and a beer, it's not super clean, but it is nice for a day out
(4) A bit pricey given that you can walk a bit and eat outside but it was too hot, and the place is so nice :)
(5) Must visit in Bali. The sunset view was mesmerizing. As it becomes very crowded in the evening, beware of pickpockets,
(6) It rained some of the time we was there but it did not take anything away from the beauty of the place. We dodged the rain but Agus carried Umbrellas to keep us dry. We also visited a village market which was very unique this gave us a insight into ordinary Bali life once again a place that lots of tour company don't visit.
(7) Had not been here for a Few years and was surprized how things change. Wel it all does, having been here in the Hippy days in the seventies...yea its different. Went from a dirt road to the beach to a full blown resort atmosphere area.\nIt was well known then and its well known now, gone are the little street warungs and replaced but excelent restos and also cute warungs still. Just come and explore and go see the graet sunset from here. Good place for Family friends and kids. Just as cozy place...
(8) We loved this place. Worth a quick visit and lots of photos. Our truck got bogged on the way out... had to help push. Added to the adventure for the kids! 😂
(9) all restaurant facities are fantastic, the food is great and the staff are freindly and helpful, it is the people of Bali who make the holiday experinec what it is - amazing
(10) One of the best places in Bali and it can be one of the biggest places i visited in Bali i only stayed here for 1 hour because I was on rush but I think you can spend here alot more than what I did and you will not regret coming here ( just be careful of monkeys )
(11) The place is solemn and brilliant. It is worth to visit and the entrance fee is acceptable. The staff is kind and polite.
(12) The place is amazing and it worth it to go so far to visit it.\nThe views are stunning. You can take very nice pictures if you are at the sunset time.\nA lot of monkeys who wont hesitate to steal whatever you have with you, be careful with it.\nForget to go by uber or go-jek because the local taxi drivers have a restricted control ot them at this place.
(13) Very crowded with tourists so was a bit difficult to get a good spot, however worth a visit as the display is pretty impressive. It took a for the spray to actually happen so give it a few minutes before walk away.
(14) Nice view and sunset, really beautiful, though there can be quite crowded at times but its a must go place in Bali if you ever decide to visit(:
(15) Again extremely busy, huge ceremony going on. Lovely to see so many people taking part all dressed in yellow and white. Some lovely photo opportunities. Stopped for lunch there which was reasonably priced. Enjoyed it.
(16) This place is amazing and very large. At the entrance you will need to pay and then for those ladies in shorts you will require a sarong which is supplied. Beware of your earrings, sunglasses, shoes and bags when strolling along the path on your way to the magnificent view. There are handlers available should they steal any of your things and it is not scary at all so don't be put off by this. Just thought I should tell you. It is full of tourists but everyone is there to admire the views which are amazing. Like everything in Bali there are steps but it is fine and not strenuous. You could be there for an hour or have a picnic in the beautiful grounds and stay longer. The cliffs are magnificent and the sunset amazing. Well worth going to see.
(17) This place was nice but really frustrating queues for took a photo.\nWe were in the queue for around 2 hours. If you want to go here its better to go in the early morning. \nBut the photos are really nice, if you are a photo liker.
(18) Best day, I recommend highly for a sunset. Our driver took us around it was beautiful, we didn't stay for the fire dance as it started to rain but will defiantly come again. :)
(19) This is a must see whilst visiting Bali. Grounds are well kept. But the vendors and the hundreds of other visitors take away from this place a little bit. Other than that this is still a nice place to see and visit
(20) Beautiful place! Scenery was amazing and we ended up just staying for a while watching the powerful ocean. The crowd was less late afternoon!
(21) This place was very beautiful with the sunset view, and the open sea in front of you to see, the weather was amazing and we had a good spot to see the sunset clearly
(22) Experience the amazing views mother nature offer ,lot of steps to walk ,but lovely place to visit in Bali
(23) I am usually not bothered by tourist traps. But this is one that I would miss. Everyone comes for the sunset apparently and they pack them in. Monkeys are everywhere and can be annoying. Guards warn you that they will steal your sunglasses and certainly any available food. But the real problem is the sheer volume of people wandering around in very tight quarters waiting for a good picture. Parking is a nightmare and loudspeakers are constantly blaring for people to move their vans. My daughter said it best. \This is meant to be a peaceful, tranquil place\". It is anything but. I couldn't bring myself to pay for the dancing as I couldn't fight the rush of humanity and the disorganization."
(24) We would return here again and again. So much to see, our driver was so friendly and nothing was a problem.
(25) Unfortunately its a bitter sweet situation when you have something which is extremely beautiful and meaningful to see yet it's on every single tour bus's itinerary creating hoards of tourists which detract from the overall experience. Yes I know that's tourism and ironically I was one them, but it did really kill the experience as most all other places we visited in Bali were not as crowded as this.
(26) beautiful place to visit, cost is $3.00 each to enter so worth it, great place for photos, gets very busy
(27) This one the most craziest place ever i have visited. You must be there and take pictures and enjoy the beauty of nature. Must must must Go
(28) Highly recommend for evening sunset with clean water, nice view and big waves! Nice to take photos for sunsets
(29) Beautiful place to sit and watch. Not good if you have walking difficulty as slippery rocks. We wanted to go to the Restuarant on top but access was too steep and hard for friend who had bad feet. Lovely sunset and just nice to sit and watch the visitors from all over the world.
(30) What a beautiful place!! Simply stunning! I would recommend getting there early in the morning to avoid the busy parts of the day when the coach trips arrive. Be prepared for plenty of walking and some steep steps though!
(31) Well worth a visit when going to Bali. allow about 2 hours to leisurely walk round and take loads of photographs.
(32) Its a good place to spend the evening and enjoy the sunset. Depending on the weather you may be able to capture beautiful photos. It was very crowded and packed while i was there.
(33) Not really a lot to see and do here. It is s very pretty temple and a good photo op. They have a couple shops for shopping and a restaurant. Also have peddle boat type thingys for rental. I didn't do this but I'm sure would have been a good view also.
(34) Loved the place! Worth the visit!! Dome monjeys were agressive others more friendly my 3 year old don and us loved it!
(35) If you like to be slapped with selfie sticks, get your eyes pinched bij umbrellas and be surrounded bij 1000000 tourists making pivs ofe every move they make than go... otherwise.. dont bother. Awful busy touristoc experience
(36) Good in mornings and not too busy. Local sellers are a nuisance though and harass tourists, not too many good places to eat either.
(37) This experience was great, very well planned but the driver didn't have the correct licence to transport and a bribe had to be paid to the police. This left us feeling uneasy and disappointed especially with the price we paid. If an accident occurred we would not have been covered by insurance.
(38) We reached around 11 and it was very hot. We took few pictures and came back. Its worth a visit but it should be early morning or late evening.
(39) Wow... seriuosly very nice place..very beutiful..feeling wow once you enter this place.. its so amazing... lets picture talk to you...
(40) I'm not sure what I was expecting to see but this was amazing! it was like a dinosaur breathing. Enjoyed the visit however there were a lot of tourists and some cheap markets set up. The surroundings are dry and dusty with rubbish around.
(41) Saw pictures of it and decided to go. We lived in Amed so the way took us something around one hour one way by bike. Might be faster if we had a lot of bike experience. It turned out that inside it's nice place where you can spend half an hour top to observe everything. It looks really nice but not super amazing :) recommend to visit if you have short way to it or you can combine it with another place. Also please mind that it has parking only for money:) if you're hungry you'll find some cafes or fruits market there.
(42) The last time I was here was 1974..it was great to return..my compliments to the caretakers over the ages. They have accomadated the tourist and visitors in a great hassle free way. The area was more accessable, clean and staff on hand were very helpful. No vendors just an enjoyable 2 hour stroll throught the grounds.
(43) just fantastic views..and you have to go at sunset time. it's the best time to visit and watch sunset. enjoy ! :)
(44) Staying for 8 nights - finding it very organised, comfortable and clean. Probably just a little impersonal for us to re visit.
(45) Impressive structure and great for pics. but was absolutely packed with tourists - a number of busses full of school students arrived before we got there so felt very rushed.
(46) Get there early for incredible sunrise. Check for official tours which might be cheaper than the ones booked at your hotel.
(47) It was a nice place to visit and spend time relaxing in green surroundings. But as tourist and a lot more in to do list, we really didn't find anything to do other then clicking few photographs.
(48) Very pleasant area to visit and relax in. Lots of fishes which one is able to feed. Walking around is very easy and peaceful
(49) This Stunning place, is a mix of all types of blues, really worth to visit!\nPure and Raw Nature. Strong Energy Place.
(50) Scenic beauty is mesmerising with one of the best sunset you can see in bali . \nDo visit this place by keeping sunset in mind .
(51) Beautiful place with lots of souvenir shops and restaurants. Just make sure you have a ride on your way out. Stayed here until the shops closed and there was no transport in sight. We had to ask for help with the security to book us a driver--and we paid as much as what you pay for when you book a driver for the whole day. Our mistake! It's a bit crowded here as well.
(52) One of those places that could be amazing if not for all the tourists!\nParked across the road (at cost) and heaps of stalls selling fish food etc (dont buy it there, its cheaper closer to the gate).\nLots of little stalls approaching the gate. I dont remember the price but the ticket seller didnt charge me for my daughter so I just paid for myself.\nThe place itself is quite breathtaking and would be so beautiful and peaceful...... except there are HUNDREDS of people. There is plenty of space for everyone but so many trying to get their instagram shots they can get quite pushy and then take a hundred photos to get their shot, meanwhile holding up everyone else. It would be so lovely if you could find a time to visit when there werent so many tourists. I mentioned that to our driver and he said \it's always like this, there is no quiet time\". Quite a unique experience walking across the tiles across the pond feeding the fish but the previously mentioned Instagrammers (literally fully made up in flowing dresses like a professional shoot... except using their phones) stop half way along and back up all the other visitors behind then. Great for kids if they can be patient trying to get past those holding up the line.\nThere is a cafe too and public toilets although take your own paper and hand sanitiser because with that many people using them they're a little bit grubby."
(53) The sunset was beautiful. My second time here and I just can't get enough of the view. A must to visit this place when you come to Bali
(54) We enjoyed this one a lot! Amazing views and great photo opportunities. It's a must see when in Bali
(55) Yep, touristy, but the view is worth it. Skip the show and just watch the sunset. Worth the traffic.
(56) apart from some great views over the ocean this place is completely over rated. there are many places just as good to see the sunset without the crowds and monkeys pestering you
(57) Location fantastic, grounds great! Staff are sooo attentive and Ariani is lovely. We are sad to leave but will definately come back. Beach area great and clean! Loved it!
(58) There was a lot more than we expected. Shops, restaurants...\nThe main spots are very crowded and decrease the attractivity of this attraction.
(59) It's more of an scenery theme park with lots of tourists from Australia and Asian countries. But it's beautiful enough to pay the visit.
(60) When we landed we then realised we have to pay kind of tax to be on that road as well as we have to eat in the resturant to see the peak and take pics else the ladies would surround you till you order. However nice place to spend on.
